- - - Hey everyone. This site is now active again and I plan on changing up what you see a little bit. Adding a few pages for shameless self promotion, and also updating and streamlining what is already here. This means that while we will still post Chaos Brigade Charity stuff (which I hope to revitalize this spring and summer), I will also be posting My Poetry Book and writing updates, My YouTube Channel updates (and completed Playlists) for you to see as well.
- - - Basically a One Stop shop for all the things I'm doing. Hopefully I will organize it well enough where you can just navigate to what you want to see and call it good if that's what you want to do. I've realized that this is probably going to be something that involves only me changing and updating things, and if that's the case, I might as well do it how I see fit. - - - Anyways Thanks for Visiting, with the amount of things I am doing updates will most likely come very often. ~Seán Laurence

This month did not have the best of weather and there were no big events going on. However we believe May will be a wonderful month of good weather. And to that effect I plan to have many (At least 3) Road Cleanups next month. I will give an update again soon with the dates. Likewise we will be doing this in 3 different areas. Stretches of 4-10 miles of road.
I have noticed that the roads are getting pretty dirty with more than just dirt. I have seen whole trash-bags on the side of the road... I guess people couldn't wait until their trash pickup day, or couldn't drive to a dumpster (there are a bunch around if you know where to look). Plus collecting cans is always an added benefit of picking up road trash. I am going to enter in a 5K run this summer that raises money for Domestic Abuse Awareness: "Nicole's Run" The Entry Fee is $15, and they accept donations last I checked. Personally I am taking this opportunity to raise money for that. I think at from now until the Race, this will be Our Primary Charity. Please Check out thier site for more information and Visit back next week for Updates on the Road Cleanup. It's always good to remember that you can do good in your community whenever you have free time. You would be surprised what your community is doing and what you can volunteer for. This month we have a local Bank that is taking Donations for Local Food Banks! As you can see on the Picture Below and above (and as you may have surmised from the Title), they are taking donations of Peanut Butter and Jelly / Jam. You can Drop off your Donation throughout the month of March at any Bangor Savings Bank Location in Maine.
Your Country Store in Hollis Center also has a donation box for this and has a deal of 2/$5 on 'Best Yet' brand Peanut butter and Jelly (Which comes in flavors of Apple, Strawberry, and Grape), so you can buy both and donate one, or donate both! Your Country Store will also Match any Donations you make! The Chaos Brigade plans to donate all our Money from the Can's and Bottles we cleaned up off the street this past summer and fall which currently will buy 3 Peanut Butter Jars! We accept monetary and bottle donations any time. Know that it goes to these types of Charities all the time. If you want to find out how to help us in way of your time or Money, message us on our Facebook Page or tweet us @TheChaosBrigade ! Since it has been one and a half years since the last real update I would like to not only apologize but also make some changes here to this site. I am going to keep the structure but many things are going to change, including from this point forward having month updates; whether it be about what is going on with us doing charitable work or about Our Authors working on their book. The book has been worked on and fleshed out tremendously and we need to keep those who are interested in the loop.
The reason for this is we just refreshed the Site for another two years as well as purchasing the .net .info and .org versions of this site to protect our name. We aren't re-branding but we are going to take this much more seriously from hence fourth. We hope you visit often for our updates. Thank you, and people: be the good you want to see in the world. Though we do not affiliate with any religious organization, we do admire thier zeal in helping out and donating to charity often no matter what religion.
The 25th Cluster of Maine's Catholic Diocese (along with many others) collect money during their lenten fasting ceremonies that goes directly to CRS (Catholic Relief Services) which as per their auto-biography "Provide life-saving assistance in nearly 100 countries". It is the CRS's mission to: "Care for the poorest in our world and to end global poverty." Since it does not go though a hierarchy we find it a suitable first hand donation charity. These 'Rice Bowls' have been out since February 18th and since then, the Chaos Brigade Rice bowl has had OVER $55 DEPOSITED INTO IT! Way to go everybody that helped! We Sincerely Appreciate your willingness to give to others. This may have been our biggest fund raiser so far. We will announce it again next year and hope we get an even better turnout. Remember we accept bottles and cans as well. This summer we plan to do a few more walks to clean up trash on the roads and look for bottles and cans. We will update accordingly. Thanks again!
Just a Small update to say that things are being worked on and time lines are coming together well, dates are being chosen and things are getting down to be more linear in the way of events. Summarizes have slow start but are getting there.
